The Material

Transformation Process
First, the factory treats large rolls (coils) of steel with a hot-dipped galvanizing process using the Sendzimir system. This coating of zinc for both sides gives the ultimate protection against corrosive agents. Then this is sent through rollers to produce the specific C shapes. Finally, these shapes are used for our section profiles while maintaining the galvanized coating.

Finishes
After the transformation from steel rolls to frame sections, and then the completed units, we use any option of the RAL colors. Brombal offers the RAL colors as a standard selection.
